What services does Dr. Flatt and his staff offer?
We provide comprehensive dental care for all ages, including preventive oral hygiene, restorative treatments, including cosmetic smile makeovers, crowns, bridges, endodontic treatment, extractions, tooth-colored restoration, partial dentures, full dentures, and an in-home tooth whitening system.
We also offer care tailored for children, including their first dental visit to routine checkups, fluoride, and sealants.

What do I need for my first appointment?
For your first visit, please bring a valid photo ID and your dental insurance card. We can obtain records from your previous provider for you. If you are enrolling in our Flatt Dental Savings Plan, we’ll review the details and answer any questions.
What is the Flatt Dental Savings Plan?
The Flatt Dental Savings Plan is our savings plan created for patients without dental insurance. A designated annual fee includes two hygiene treatments, two dental exams, and all necessary x-rays. The savings plan also saves you money on all services Dr. Flatt provides.

If you are dealing with a dental emergency—such as a severe toothache, broken or fractured tooth, or swelling from infection—call us right away at (812) 944-7874 or our cell (812) 406-6373. Dental emergencies cannot wait, and we make every effort to see our patients the same day. Your comfort and health are our top priority.
How often should I visit Dr. Flatt’s office?
We recommend visiting every six months for a routine cleaning and dental exam. These regular checkups allow us to catch small issues before they become bigger problems, help prevent cavities and gum disease, and keep your smile healthy and bright. Preventive care is key to maintaining long-term oral health.
